Dear visitors and exhibitors,

We currently receive a lot of questions about coronavirus (Covid-19) on which we would like to comment.

The “The Hall of Vape” 2020 will take place as of today (February 26, 2020). We trust the assessment of the federal government and the international and German health authorities (Federal Foreign Office, Federal Ministry of Economics and the Federal Ministry of Health). These unanimously advise caution and prevention, but currently see no reason to restrict the organization of trade fairs in Germany.

The health and safety of our guests is our top priority as the organizer of The Hall of Vape. In cooperation and at the request of the local Health Department in Esslingen and the Department of public order Leinfelden-Echterdingen (responsible for the region around the convention center Messe Stuttgart), we will discuss / prepare various measures for the “The Hall of Vape” trade fair in the coming weeks, to counteract the possible spread of the corona virus on site. We will tell you in detail in the coming announcement which measures this will be. The local authorities are responsible for arranging measures for trade fairs and trade fair visitors (Federal Ministry of Health).

The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) has defined current “risk areas” (COVID-19 (Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2)) on its website which can be viewed at the following link:

Risk areas are areas in which an ongoing transmission from person to person (“ongoing community transmission”) can be suspected. To determine this, the Robert Koch Institute uses various indicators (e.g. frequency of illnesses, dynamics of the number of cases). We will take these risk areas into account when compiling our measures.

Of course we will do everything in our power to carry out a successful and healthy “The Hall of Vape 2020” for you.

Yours The Hall of Vape Team
